We provide exceptional therapy services for children aged 4 to 17 who are navigating the world with autism, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges. We utilize a range of effective treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) groups and skill training. Parent Training & Coaching
Parent training can be done as part of a child's treatment or separately. Our programs are based on positive parenting and/or ABA strategies to help support the child's personal growth. We believe in a child-centered approach that is nourished by enhancing the child's environment.
EDUCATIONAL COACHING
Our educational coaching sessions are designed to help individuals identify and overcome educational obstacles at any stage of life. We use various psychological approaches to teach relaxation and other techniques that can enhance academic achievement for both individuals with disabilities and those without.
ABA therapy
ABA therapy is a structured and evidence-based practice tailored to improve behavior, communication, and social skills. ABA involves breaking down complex skills into smaller, more manageable components and using science-based strategies to teach desired behaviors. The therapy is highly individualized, following structured assessments and the development of a treatment plan that meets the specific needs of each child.
ABA Therapy can be used to help individuals with various disorders, including ADHD, Autism, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder.
Parent support
Our parent support respite services include temporary relief to the caregivers of our established patients by offering short-term care for the individual they are caring for, allowing the caregiver to rest, run errands, or take a break from their responsibilities
Social Groups
In the summer of 2025, Holistic Behavioral and Psychological Services will offer social groups for those aged 8-13. These groups offer young individuals a safe, structured space to talk about their thoughts, experiences, and feelings with peers of a similar age. They are facilitated by behavioral technicians under the supervision of our BCBAs who guide conversations, help teach coping skills, and emphasize positive support.
